Upper Cumberland Federal Credit Union Opens Fourth Branch

Upper Cumberland Federal Credit Union is very proud to announce the opening of a fourth branch office on September 10, 2018.  This latest location is in Cookeville and will focus on loans for land, building lots, homes, mobile homes, and new or used automobiles.  This office will also specialize in refinancing or consolidating payments.  Members can also sign up at the Cookeville office for convenient services such as direct deposit, home banking, bill pay, mobile deposit and debit cards.

On Oct. 18, 2018, credit union members around the world will celebrate International Credit Union Day®, an annual event to commemorate the credit union movement’s impact and achievements. This year marks the 70th anniversary, a platinum celebration. UCFCU will be celebrating this new branch with a Grand Opening celebration in conjunction with International Credit Union Day on October 18th.  There will be a ribbon cutting at 11:00 am, lite refreshments, giveaways and specials until 4:00 pm.

UCFCU’s sole purpose of existence is to develop a community of members who recycle their funds between each other to support their financial needs from birth through the retirement years.  As some members save money other members apply for low cost loans.  This keeps the money and the lending close to home.

“The people and businesses in Cookeville have been very welcoming to UCFCU before, during, and after opening the branch office.  We welcome everyone to stop by our comfortable office and visit our friendly staff”, says Chief Executive Office, Denise Cooper.

The new office is located at the heart of downtown Cookeville just off the courthouse square.  The address is 228 E Broad St., Suite 110, Cookeville, TN 38501.  UCFCU also has two locations in Cumberland County and a location in Fentress County.
