Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union (TVFCU) is proud to announce the promotion of Marcus Cade-Johnson to director of corporate engagement. This newly created position, reporting to Dionne Jenkins, vice president of corporate engagement, underscores TVFCU’s ongoing commitment to fostering a collaborative and supportive workplace culture that strengthens engagement across all levels of the organization.

In his new role, Cade-Johnson will collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance cultural programs and develop strategies focused on employee and community initiatives that drive performance and competitiveness. This work will involve partnering closely with staff, members, vendors and community leaders to ensure effective practices throughout the organization.

“Marcus has been a driving force behind some of our most impactful initiatives,” said Todd Fortner, TVFCU president and CEO. “His passion for building relationships and empowering our community reflects the very heart of our credit union’s mission. We’re thrilled to see him step into this new role and continue making a difference.”

Cade-Johnson is also deeply committed to community service. He serves as board chair for the Urban League of Greater Chattanooga and LAUNCH and sits on the boards of Northside Neighborhood House, the Leadership Chattanooga Alumni Association, the UTC Alumni Association and the Erlanger Health System Foundation. In addition, he volunteers as a youth football coach for the River City Bills.

“Marcus’s leadership and dedication embody the values of TVFCU,” said Jenkins. “He brings not only expertise but also a genuine commitment to creating opportunities and fostering a sense of belonging for everyone in our community.”
