How You Can Help Tennessee Credit Union Employees and Volunteers Impacted by Hurricane Helene

Our credit union family throughout Northeast Tennessee has been significantly impacted by Hurricane Helene, which has been described as the Katrina of the Southern Appalachians.

We’ve collaborated with the League’s Northeast Tennessee Chapter of Credit Unions to organize a relief drive to offer monetary support specifically for credit union employees and volunteers impacted in Northeast Tennessee.

This structure will help us offer the best opportunity to get much-needed funds into the hands of those most affected as quickly as possible. Here’s how to donate to help credit union employees and volunteers.

How to Donate

A Tennessee Credit Union Hurricane Helene Relief Account has been created at United Southeast Federal Credit Union, which will oversee the repository of all deposits.

Donate by Mailing a Check
To send a check, please make checks payable to “NE TN Chapter of Credit Unions” and mail to:

Northeast Tennessee Chapter Hurricane Relief
United Southeast Federal Credit Union
1545 Bluff City Highway
Bristol, TN 37620

Donate by ACH or a Wire Transfer
For ACH and wire transfer instructions, please contact the League.

Thank You for Your Generosity
We are grateful for your overwhelming generosity and support. Together, we will help as many credit union employees and board members as possible during these challenging times.
