The Inspire Hope Credit Union Challenge

Credit unions raised $62,897.21 supporting families facing terminal illness of a parent!

Credit unions and the companies they work with from Tennessee and beyond joined together to raise funds for a retreat held July 28-31, 2022 in Nashville for 30 families facing the loss of a parent to terminal illness.

Inheritance of Hope was founded to inspire hope in young families facing the loss of a parent. The goal is to provide them with a legacy building experience they will remember forever. The 501(c)(3) charity was founded by Kristen and Deric Milligan following several years of coping with the challenges of raising three young children while battling Kristen’s terminal liver cancer diagnosis.

Sadly, Kristen lost her courageous bout with cancer in 2012, but her legacy lives on. Inheritance of Hope uniquely serves families like her own across more than 47 states, providing resources and relationships for the unique challenges they face.

Impact the lives of families facing the loss of a parent to terminal illness today. Thank you for inspiring hope!
