Credit Union professionals enjoy networking and education at the Mississippi Credit Union Forum. The Mississippi Credit Union Forum is designed to provide CEOs and executive staff of Mississippi credit unions with $100M and less in assets with opportunities to network and discover ideas. This year, it was held on Tuesday, August 13, in Jackson.
The special guest was Ron Smith, president, chief executive officer, and chief security officer (PSO) for Enbright CU, a $85M credit union in middle Tennessee. Smith shared his experiences and insights as a small credit union manager and as a 25-year veteran of the financial services industry.
In addition to Smith, participants enjoyed an interactive presentation learning more about Who’s Who in the debit and credit card world and received a regulatory update from an NCUA examiner. There was also abundant time for networking and sharing among the credit union peers participating in the event.
