Collector/Adjuster

Tasks

1. Keeps delinquency ratios within set guidelines.
2. Calls delinquent members for payment.

5. Works with collections attorneys as needed.
6. Works with related departments as needed.
7. Tracks all delinquency contacts.
8. Prepares reports for Board of Directors or necessary department.
